Tirupati Graphite Names AlbR Capital as Financial Adviser, Confirms New CFO Appointment
London-listed Tirupati Graphite, which owns graphite mining and processing assets in Madagascar, has appointed AlbR Capital as its financial adviser with immediate effect, reinforcing its strategic and capital markets capabilities.
Earlier, on April 1, the company announced key boardroom changes, including the transition of Mark Rollins from executive chairperson to nonexecutive chairperson, a move aimed at strengthening governance and oversight as the company advances its operational and growth plans.
The company also confirmed the appointment of Thomas Hill as full-time chief financial officer (CFO), signaling a focus on financial discipline, funding strategy, and operational scalability.
Hill expressed enthusiasm about joining the organization, noting his commitment to supporting the company’s ambition to build a globally competitive graphite business and contribute to the energy transition through the production of a critical mineral used in battery and clean energy technologies.
