South Africa- and UK-listed Marula Mining will host a site visit at its Kinusi copper mine in Tanzania, showcasing its high-grade copper concentrate processing to a European commodity trading group as part of ongoing grade verification efforts.
CEO Jason Brewer will accompany representatives from trading groups, Tanzanian logistics consultants, and independent laboratories during the visit next week.
Laboratory representatives will collect additional samples of the “ready-for-sale” copper concentrates for further verification, while Marula conducts quality assurance and control checks to ensure accuracy.
Logistics consultants will assess the current facilities and assist in planning the transportation of copper concentrate from the mine to a bonded warehouse in Dar es Salaam.
Marula remains on track to commence initial mining activities at Kinusi before the end of the year.
