Critical Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS) announced that chairman Christopher Lambert has left the board of directors with immediate effect.
The Morocco-focussed exploration and development company concurrently announced the appointment of Noureddine Sabraoui, Critical Minerals’ general manager, as chief operating officer with immediate effect.
Sabraoui has had an extensive career in the Moroccan mining industry as a geologist in the region, having held several senior roles for Moroccan and foreign-owned companies including as general manager for operating mines in the industrial minerals sector.
He has also run his own geological and mining services business and he co-founded the Moroccan Association of Mining Companies.
